Add user in watch list and add comments

Hi,

 Please suggest, if we add a users to the incident watchlist, the user in the watch list is able to add additional comments or worknotes from the service portal to the same incident without any ITIL role.

Note: -  End user who is a part of the watch list should be able to see the incident on there service portal page and should be able to add comments to the incident.

update the filter as this

Steps

1) visit the sp page

2) Control right click on the My Open Incidents and click Instance options

3) Updated the filter and save

Hi,

So what is the current behavior?

Unless that user has read and write access to that field that user cannot add comments

Please share which portal page you are referring? screenshot

Hi Ankur,

          I am using the /sp?sys_id=dff712a62f1c3010f16cd7492799b668&view=sp&id=ticket&table=incident

As I mentioned even if that user is in watch list; that user should have below ACLs allowing

1) table level WRITE

2) field level READ

3) field level WRITE

        Even i have given the field level write ACL's to the watchlist field, i could not able to access the page to the no roles user:  alfonso.griglen.
