Adding a tab to the contextual sidebar in Service Operations Workspace - Utah

I'm facing issues adding a tab to the contextual sidebar for the Record SNC page in Service Operations Workspace. In Tokyo, there is the option for '+ Add' like below which works fine. 

But in our other instance that is on Utah, the '+ Add' option is missing.

I have changed scope to ensure that it is the same as the current page. 

I have also since manually created the associated records on sys_ux_screen_type, sys_ux_screen and sys_ux_app_route which allows the tab to appear, but now I cannot amend the tab settings like I could in Tokyo (image to show what is missing below).

Hopefully I'm missing a simple option in UI builder or someone can point me in the right direction to the record that controls the order and icon.

You will need to make a copy of that Variant before you can change it. The baseline page is read-only.

Thanks for the response. The 'Record SNC' page is indeed Read-Only and protected but the tabs can be added to in our Tokyo instance with the add button. See below:

When we are at the same point in Utah, the add button is not available. 

I have tested by creating a variant of the Record SNC page and the only additional configuration page I can access is the Sub-Page overview. The settings here can already by amended directly on the newly created viewport. There is no option to set the icon for the tab. 

The option I require in Utah is 'Edit tab settings' like in Tokyo:

Managed to find the icon settings through the app route record on sys_ux_app_route. The order and icon fields here control the tab icon and order. Seems strange that the options have been removed from UI Builder for Utah!

Exactly, I spent quite a sometime to find the icon settings.

Its straightforward in Tokyo.
