Adding General/Catch All SLA to SC Tasks missing SLAs

Good afternoon,

My business is requiring a general/catch all SLA be added to requested item sc_tasks that generate without a task SLA. Would it be best to add the SLA to those missing tasks via a Fix Script or Business Rule?

Hello @Abbas_5 ,

We have some occurrences where a sc_task does not a SLA by default but we want a catch all SLA to populate when the task is assigned to a certain group. An example would be a different LOB (who doesn't require SLAs) opens a ticket that ends up being reassigned to another LOB (who requires SLAs).
