Adding Label to Surveys (Fuji and beyond)

Hi Everybody,

I've been trying to figure out how to add labels to Surveys and am having no luck. I've seen labels referenced in old posts (such as mark.stanger's post here - Multiple Checkbox Variables in Service Catalog and Surveys - ServiceNow Guru) - HOWEVER, that doesn't seem to work in Fuji. I'm thinking something big changed since that post was written.

I want to add labels to format/arrange the survey layout, such as in the two highlighted sections below:

The survey designer (both the designer itself and the less eloquent form version) don't have any mention of a Label:

Hey guys,

I am also facing this issue. I couldn't be able to add label to the survey question. Let me know if you guys found any workaround.

Hi, I'm also having the same issue.  This is even worse when you show the survey in a Service Portal, because instead of the highlighted area being blank , it shows the word "Question" instead, and that does not appear to be configurable (I can't even get rid of it) ...
