Adding the activity of an incident in an email notification

So the requirement is, whenever there are changes in an incident (i.e like priority change, assignment group changed or any comment added) we need to add that to a incident notification. Any idea on how to configure that?

Hi, unfortunately your requirements are not clear\exact and triggering a notification any time any one of numerous values in a task changes, will probably result in high levels of unnecessary\spam notifications.
If your requirements are not met by existing OOB notifications using sysevents or conditional changes in record, you can create your own notifications, and if necessary your own sysevent triggers.

I would start by gathering exact business requirements, and where possible map these to OOB notifications or sysevents.
