Adding the "Add to Visual Task Board" in the Service Operation Workspace

Hello everyone!

 

I am wondering how I can add a button in the drop-down menu to the Service Operation Workspace that allows me to add an incident or User Request to a Visual Task Board of my choosing.

Hi @markmilkere 

 

Yes, you can add it, but it will be considered a customization. However, you can leverage the code from the out-of-the-box (OOTB) UI action and modify it to make it suitable for WS tasks.
