Addtional container in Service Catalog.

Hi all,

I am trying to get 3 containers in Service Catalog for widgets in my organization instance to be added as shown in PDI OOB below.

My organization instance currently has 2 'Add Here' containers, how do I make it the same as PDI? Below is my organization instance screenshot.

Is there ani UI macro or system property to be updated for the requirement to be fulfilled?

Hii Ehab pilloor,

The number of “Add Here” widget containers in the Service Catalog page is not controlled by UI Macros or system properties.
It is controlled entirely by the Service Portal Page Layout (Bootstrap columns) used in the Catalog page.

To make it 3 containers follow below steps:

 

  • Navigate to:
    Service Portal → Pages

  • Open the page your instance is using for the Catalog (usually):

    • sc_category_page

    • or sc_catalog

    • or a custom catalog page

  • Click Open in Page Designer.

  • Locate the row that contains your “Add Here” containers.

  • Replace the existing 2-column row with a 3-column row

Hi @YashaswiniR0944,

 

I can see only portal side customisations in this table. I want to add the Add here container in itil view Service Catalog, not portal view.
