Admin see List view not available for ITIL users

Hi all! 

Our admins can view this list, and change.

But ITIL users dont have this menu. Am i missing something? Thanks!!

Hi Max Lin

did you clear the cache (open /cache.do)?

Also check whether someone changed the conditions for that context menu item (open /nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_context_menu.do?sys_id=b169dd7f0a0a0bbb0062fb97a5ea1e1c )

Check the ITIL role contains View_changer role.

Hi @Max Lin ,

It could be due of many reasons, few i can list which you can check are :

1. Check if any Underlying UI policy/ Client Script running making this behave as this.

2. Check if ITIL has view_changer role. Only users with that role will be able to change the view.

I have checked that ITIL contains View_changer role.

I have some search on the UI script & Scripts Include, but there are just too many to check through 1 by 1. is there any method to check on which script is hiding it? (i can't 'watch' the view menu)
