I have already checked all the ui policies which are not conflicting anything.
Can you please let me know any further checks needs to be done.
Note: It is working fine in the back end/ITIL view/Developers view, NOT working in the Portal ONLY.
Thanks,
Thanks,

Hello @kranthi2 ,
Could you please share the screenshot & script (if it contains any)of the UI policy which isn't working so that I could look further into it.

Hi @kranthi2
Is there any scripts written in your UI Policy?
If yes Could you please check the "Run scripts in UI type" Value, if it is set to All.
Also do check if all the UI Policy Actions are properly moved or not.
Please mark this as helpful if my response helped you.
Thanks
