After Xanadu upgrade the business rule is not working

Hello,

The data is not being transferred for IND to IDT, the IDT is created in automatically according with the INDs fields, such as: Applies to record, Owning group fields.

After upgrade IDTs lost  the CI name, the assignment group and the due date. The business rule is not working. I have attached images.

Raised HI case, they said that they won't work on customized scripts.

Then you'll need to investigate it yourself, my friend. Check what has changed due to the upgrade. Since it's custom code, it’s difficult for us to provide support.
