Agent Workspace: Auto Refresh Lists/Landing Page?

Trying to roll out Agent Workspace and I'm told a major impediment is that student workers cannot be relied upon to refresh the lists on the landing page. I see the Refresh list button, but is there a way to automatically force this periodically, or upon the addition of a new item to the list?

So, I still have Help Desk users saying they can't adopt Agent Workspace unless the refresh is automatic...
As a workaround, what about forcing a refresh of the entire landing page, not just the lists?
I was able to find a refresh interval setting in the UX Macroponent Definition of my Help Desk landing page (screenshot, below). Any change I can just add a "300," here, to auto refresh the entire landing page every 5 minutes? Somewhere else?

Hi,
if this really works, it would be great solution! The challange is now to find all OOTB pages / components, that offer lists and set the identified parameter.

Unfortunately, my attempt to define the refresh interval in the UX Macroponent Definition of the landing page has no effect. Darn, I was really hoping that was the answer
If anyone knows of how to force periodic automatic refresh of an entire Agent Workspace landing page, I'd really appreciate it

Information has become a little more clear in the Quebec docs, I think. Sadly no auto-refresh yet. Only in the background.
Which is what the "refreshInterval" in the UX Macroponent Definition is for. It's set in minutes. In my tests on a Quebec PDI, it didn't actually refresh in the background however.
Set up supplied landing pages in workspace | ServiceNow Docs
| Refresh Interval | Number of minutes before the values of this component refresh. The interval begins when an agent navigates away from a landing page and ends when they come back to the landing page.
Note: There is no auto-refresh, but an agent can click the browser's refresh button at any time.
