Agent Workspace Inbox - AWA- work item Alert sound?

Hi,

We have implemented Chat with AWA with Agent Workspace. When an interaction or any work item (chat) hitting the inbox does not play a sound? How can we get an beep sound when an work item get into the inbox?

As part of Service Channel you can configure the audio for both Inbox and Message.

 

Advance Work Assignment > Settings> Service Channels

May i know is it in orlando or paris version? Currently,we are using Orlando version instance the fields which you have mentioned is not visible.
