Agent Workspace Inbox - AWA- work item Alert sound?

Hi,

We have implemented Chat with AWA with Agent Workspace. When an interaction or any work item (chat) hitting the inbox does not play a sound? How can we get an beep sound when an work item get into the inbox?

I'm having an issue where our sounds just completely disappeared altogether in Paris.  Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
