Agent Workspace/Incident : How to add Dependency view to the Service or CI field

Hi Gurus,

I would like to reproduce in Agent Workplace what we have in the legacy UI.

On the Incident form (legacy UI) we have an icon on Configuration item and Service fields to open the Dependency view of the CI.

I assume that the equivalent in Agent Workplace is the module "Field decorators" (Action Assignment).

Based on the documentation HERE, I'm trying to implement a new Field decorator next to the "Service" field on the Incident form. Unfortunately, the documentation doesn't explain how to build the URL in order to open a new window for the Dependency map of the current "Service" of the current Incident.

Any ideas how to set an dynamic URL based on the referenced Service on the current incident ?

I'm still frustrated by the lack of documentation on Agent Workspace features and the lack of use cases for ITSM ... 😞
