Agent workspace is showing blank screen

Hello everyone,

 

We are facing a strange issue, where our Service desk agents are reporting that they are seeing the blank screen when they launch the "Agent workspace" module from the left navigation in production instance. We are not able to replicate the issue in sub production instances for the same users.

 

If they try to login from incognito or in edge it is working fine sometimes and getting the same issue, in the next day it is working fine in chrome browser but not working in edge and incognito mode.

 

We have requested the users to clear their browser cache and login out and login back. But still the issue is same.

 

We have tried all possible ways from our end and reached out ServiceNow support team, but they are also not able to replicate and not able to find anything in the network logs.

 

Reaching out to the forum to see, is there anyone faced the similar issue and found a resolution for the same. Kindly let us know.

There is no definitive solution provided on this issue, we have cleared the instance cache and our company has upgraded all the Servicedesk agents laptops to the latest version of the chrome 64-bit and the issue has no longer happening to our agents for now.

 

I would recommend to check the below pointers,

 

1. Consider clearing the instance cache.

2. Make sure all the Service desk agents who are using the agent workspace are using google chrome 64-bit version.

3. Request agents to clear the browser cache frequently.
