Agent Workspace Page not found

Hello there can someone help whats going on here. Every time I click the related link  "Open Worksapce" or even the Agent Workspace application itself it says that the page not found. Also, the UI Builder button is missing.

Did you check the account is having snc_internal role if the user account part of CSM.

Can you check the below role tagged to account

agent_workspace_user

The below ACL is representing the role definition for the access.

/sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=4870013002941b539262e55046cb0b25

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. Everything looks to be installed and correct.
