Hi team,
I have a requirement to create a reference qualifier to populate caller based on company. Suppose if we have a company ABC and in user table company mentioned as ABC but we have two more company suppose ABC_Rest and ABC_non_rest then also ABC member should be populated on caller field if we select any one of this.
Company is dynamic like ABC(ABC_rest and non_rest) or XYZ(XYZ_Rest or non_REST)

are you having any field which holds company sysId?
OR
are you saying if logged in user is having company ABC then show all users which belong to same company ABC?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

We have two fields company and caller on incident table and if selected ABC or ABC_Rest or ABC_Non_rest then it should populate the user with company ABC if we select any of this company (ABC is dynamic)

so caller should be shown only based on company field
this should happen OOB as caller_is is dependent on company field.
I didn't get what extra needs to be done here?
