Agent Workspace Page not found

Hello there can someone help whats going on here. Every time I click the related link  "Open Worksapce" or even the Agent Workspace application itself it says that the page not found. Also, the UI Builder button is missing.

I think this is happening cause the Agent Workspace is now depricated. Only older instances that had this pre-configured would/should be able to leverage this.

You can configure your agent experience using the easy-to-navigate interface of Service Operations Workspace for ITSM.
