Hi,
There appears to be a very strange issue with one of our customer's agents that I'm having a lot of trouble being able to figure out.
On agent workspace, when they try to enter a business service, they're not seeing any options coming up when they try to type a choice in. Using the lookup works, however, when they do this, there's dependent fields that populate choices normally but no choices are coming up at all.
The strange thing is I've been unable to replicate this issue in a non-production environment when impersonating the agent so I don't really know what's going on. I'm at a loss right now.

What is that even called? I've tried googling reference field search issues and haven't been able to find any info on this. I've checked for potential causes on the agent's end too - browser, cookies, etc.

Hi Steve,
This was the issue. I've since tested on the newest version of Chrome and it works successfully.
