Agent Workspace support for Mobile Devices

Hello,

We would like agents to be able to utilize the Agent Workspace from their mobile device.

Are the following actions possible from mobile?

  • Change presence state
  • Receive dispatched work items
  • Accept dispatched work items

neither it is supported nor it makes sense to open an Agent Workspace on a mobile device.

We see quite a bit of value in allowing agents to change their Presence State and perform various tasks within the Agent Workspace from a mobile device.

Not sure how that comment is useful or helpful here.

But if it is not supported, we will continue to review other options.

Agent workspace is not supported in mobile but Servicenow has dedicated mobile app 'Mobile Agent' which you can explore.
