Agent Workspace Timeouts

Our SD agents are noticing that when working in Agent Workspace the timeout is very short and kicks them out of ServiceNow causing a new login. This doesn't occur in the platform itself with other modules, just agent workspace.
Any ideas on how to correct this.

No. This article is something different. When a user is working in agent workspace, there is a timeout setting somewhere that when working in this environment, the ServiceNow login, logouts. This doesn't happen when working in other modules, only agent workspace.

Has there been any resolution to this? We're also on New York and are starting to try out Agent Workspace, and our Service Desk technicians are running into this same problem. The session timeout for Agent Workspace and for ServiceNow as a whole seem to be completely different values, and it's driving the technicians crazy to be logged out within five minutes of inactivity in Agent Workspace.
