Agent Workspace Timeouts

Our SD agents are noticing that when working in Agent Workspace the timeout is very short and kicks them out of ServiceNow causing a new login. This doesn't occur in the platform itself with other modules, just agent workspace.

Any ideas on how to correct this.

We are on New York and have the same issue.  Anyone open a HI ticket on this yet?  We just started testing Agent Workspace and were planning to go live in a couple weeks, but this was reported yesterday.

This is related to a known bug, PRB1397077:

"The session times out in Agent Workspace while the user is still active"

It's fixed in NYP10, OP5, and Paris.

Was this resolved for anyone after Orlando Patch 5? We are at Patch 7 and still experiencing time out issues on Agent Wrkspc.

Hi Marvin,

our Instances are on paris patch 2 and there is still the same error. This Bug is not fixed in Paris! 😞

Same for ours - Paris Patch 2 and still seeing timeout error.
