How to create Aging report for the tickets which are not updated in last 48 hours, 96 to 144 hours and >144 hours?

Hi Sasha,

 

It's just about updating the last condition in the report and instead of using "on or before" use "on or after".

About scheduling the reports, I'm not aware of any way of collecting all results in the same report as we have different filter conditions so I think you'll have to create one report per condition (48 hours, 96 hours...) and schedule then the reports including all of them in the same schedule so all of them are included in the same mail (although different files):
