Allowing a supervisor to view all incidents for subordinates

Fairly new to ServiceNow so any suggestions are welcome.

What I would like to implement is something like the "Incident -> Assigned to me" but filtered such that it becomes "Incident -> Assigned to my team".

What is the best practice for implementing something like this and is it already facilitated?

Essentially each of our "Assignment Groups" has a supervisor who would like to be able to look at a list of all incidents assigned to members of his team.  How do I do this?

Thanks,

Hi Jack,

You can create a filter using the 'Show Related Fields' option to filter on Assignment Group.Manager and use a is (dynamic) qualifier (me) as in the screen shots below.

Thanks for the suggestion but I need a few more details, if you don't mind.

When I go to "All Incidents" and click on the filter then look at the fields available, I don't see "Show Related Fields".

Any additional details would be helpful.

You will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and it will either give you 'Show Related Fields' or 'Hide Related Fields' (if it is already showing them)

Hope that helps!

You may also want to take a look at the "My Groups Work" link under "Service Desk" in the nav menu as it will include all tasks including incidents, changes, catalog tasks, etc.. if you use them (or as you build them out) if the supervisor is a member of that group.
