Any Possibility to reopen closed complete task from User side

I need your help,

Recently, I received one requirement Like user can reopen the closed complete task? because the user still facing the issue but the catalog task state is close complete and he wants to reopen the task. so any possibility to open or need to create a new request?

Hi @Aparna Gurav ,

Consider the following approach as needed.

a. Upon completion of all open tasks, move RITM to acceptance and give requestor option to accept / reject RITM

b. If requestor rejects, create a new catalog task and get it assigned to a default team

c. Upon closure of reopen task, move RITM back to acceptance
