App engine fulfiller subscription

Created a Custom application from App engine studio , App engine fulfiller count on subscription dashboard showing 0 allocated out of purchased count xx, what would be the issue? does it required to configure anything to utilize itil role license.

Itil role is something totally different and is a different subscription.

Did you create any custom applications and allocation it to the App Engine subscription?

Once you do that, the allocation table will update.
