Approval for Change Request

Hi All,

We have two levels of approval for Normal Change request. The first level of approval will got the selected assigned group members. We have created a field for second level of approval and the user can manually select the user and it will trigger an approval to that user.

Our customer's requirement is if the user exist in the assignment group ( it will trigger an approval to all the group members )and he is the also second level of approver then it should prevent the user from approving it.

Hello,

 

In Rome you can define approval policies.

Based on this you can define to whom an approval will go in Approval definitions and the conditions on which each approval will get triggered in Change Approval Policies.
