I am looking to improve the overall process of approvals to ensure approvals are actioned in a timely manner. The aim is to send a reminder email at creation of an approval (which already takes place). Then send a reminder email on the 7,14 and 21 days with the approval being rejected and closed on day 21. Is the best approach to handle this to create a flow? If so, could someone provide a template? I thought triggering the flow daily at 1am, and then doing a multiple record lookup for approval records, then for eaching through those records to send an email. Then doing the same for the 14th and 21st days. Is this correct? My conditions for the sending the email must be incorrect because all 3 emails are sent out at once.
