Approval state could not changed still it is Requested state only

Hello Everyone,
I have one RITM and having one approval ,it have sent to requested for user Manager. He was already approved and approved related notification mail sent to approver. But approval is in still requested state under RITM .
Same catalog item related RITM got approved by other users manager. Only particular user manager only not able to approved Requested state only.
Please help me in this

Hello @Manohararuna
In the approval action, there is a field called "Approval Field". Set this field to Approval (Name of the field in sc_req_item table)

Hi @Manohararuna ,
Check if the manager has approval rights (they need to be able to update sysapproval_approver).
Sometimes missing roles/ACLs prevent state update.
