Approver and itil license

As of Fuji release, do we need separate license like approver_user for approving or rejecting any request here? Or itil user can do everything?

I believe itil user has always been able to approve stuff.  

I also believe any user, regardless of role, is allowed to approve via email.

I think the only people needing the approver_user role are those who need to approve via the full client interface but do not already have a role.

However, in all cases one should check with one's account rep.   There's a vast number of unique arrangements out there.

For approving any request no specific role is required, ess users can also approve requests assigned to them for approval.

Only true via email.   If the user expects to log into the full client to interact with Approvers, the the role requirement is dependent on their contract.

Further to add on about the role required Approver users. Approver users can modify requests for approval routed to them. They also have all capabilities of Requesters. Note there is a fee associated with this role. Do not assign it to users without confirming your organization has the appropriate entitlement.
