Hello Fellow Devs,
I want to understand where the Assess Risk button is configured which is on Change form in the Service Operations Workspace - Overview tab. Can you please help me of where I can find it. I have already checked in UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Builder but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Hi @labandar
Thanks for the the update. Yes, you are correct, and it looks like it is a bug. However, I tried in my PDI, and as soon as I fill out the mandatory fields, it goes to Assess, and the risk tab is missing. You can log a new support case as well if required.

You might be able to find this in the UX Actions associated with SOW Workspace -
From your record click on the configure page as shown below and see if it helps

Check this out. It might help. If you want to change the name of the button, it's line 107. Took some hunting to find that. https://<instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script_include.do?sys_id=02e123a553615110532cddeeff7b129e
If you do want to make modifications though, you need to do them in the extended script include here: https://<instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script_include.do?sys_id=2b1267a553615110532cddeeff7b122a
