asset report attached to the staff exit ticket

Hi guys, 

 

I am trying to figure out how to generate a report of the assets assigned to a user that has been submitted on the staff exit form.

 

Basically:

Task for 'Retrieve assets from a leaver' is a trigger

 

As an action, I was trying to a lookup records against users in the asset table,

 

but they come back as sys_id separated by commas.

 

Then, I would like to add it as a worknote to the task itself, containing the serial numbers of each record.

 

Any advice?
