Assigned to field is not showing the members of assignment group when selected

i Have added the reference qualifer.

Can you please add some more details about your reference qualifier ? if possible please add some screenshot.

This is simple filer condition applied here.

It will not show the user based on group has been selected in "Assignment Group" field.

Have you used "Dependent Field" functionality ? 

Try this way..  eg for incident assigned to field. same way you can apply at your end, based on your need.
