Assigned to filed is empty, user can't see users in the dependent assignment group

User can't see the users who are available in assignment group in assigned to field

 

They can select the assignment group just fine. However, when clicking the Assigned To, the list is empty. No security flags - just empty.

 

When the assignment group is empty, they see all users in the sys_user table. It's just when the assignment group has a value they can't see anyone.

 

 

The Assigned To field is dependent on Assignment Group. It also has "roles is ITIL" and "active is true".

assigned_to field is blank after i choose assignment group in both IM & PM.

 

FYI: Assignment group have members, everyone have itil role

The role ITIL is causing the issue here.

Provide sn_esm_agent role or any other suitable role other than itil.

both are same in our instance, everything same like your image.

Or you can check is there any assignment rules . or any business rule.
