We recently upgraded to Eureka and now we are having issues with filters on Incidents. When we try to filter based on "Assignment Group" being blank we only get incidents created pre-upgrade. If I filter by doing a show matching on an incident without an "Assignment Group" assigned post-upgrade then it shows the rest. When you actually look at what it is filtering it shows what looks to be a sysid but the field is blank on the table. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on to cause this?
I have confirmed this happens with any new incident being created. Even though the field appears blank it seems to have an ID associated.
Thanks!

I'd put all my money on either a) There is no display value defined for that table or b) display value is set to some other column which is empty.

Thanks for the suggestion but that doesn't seem to be the fix. It's still behaving the same way.

I actually opened a ticket with HI and they determined that it was an assignment rule. The issue was that the rule got enabled when we upgraded from Dublin to Eureka. The group it was trying to assign to had been deleted from the instances therefor it was only populating the sys_id.
Thanks for the help everyone!
