Hello,
My Assignment Group field Tree Picker view from the Incident and Change tables is only showing assignable groups (right image/2nd image). However the exact same field from the Task table is showing all available groups within the Tree Picker; including groups that are not assignable. I haven't been able to find a Business Rule or a Client script on the Incident module/table that maybe helping this behavior work correctly. Not can I figure out why the Tasks records are showing all groups. Anyone know why it is not working correctly from Task records?

Hi Wesley,
Looks like there is a dictionary override set for the Assignment Group field for Incident and Change tables which might have a reference qualifier defined to display only the Assignable groups.
You can check it by right clicking on the Assignment Group field on Incident/Change form and checking for any records defined under the Dictionary Overrides related list.

hi Wesley,
if you check the "configure dictionary" for the "Assignment Group" for a task as well as incident/change, you should be able to see the different in terms of advance filter being configured.
For my instance, i had a "Reference Equal" with a custom function being configured.
