Assignment rule is not working

Hi Community,

 

I have an assignment rule when ci is xyz i want to assign it to a group. I have already created it but its assigning it to the wrong group.

 

Please let me know what i need to do now?

A record producer was creating issue, i have fixed it.

Hi @Poorva Bhawsar ,

 

Did you check if there are any other assignment rule for the same ci which is updating different group? also check the business rule whether its setting assignment group for the record

I checked both but nothing is there.
