Associated changes /SCTASKs are closed but REQ/RITM still in Open

We were not able to auto close our system when the associated change and sctask were closed out. Also Associated change was closed but the corresponding SCTASK didnt get auto close.

Out-of-the-box (OOTB), this only happens when an SC Task is closed, and the RITM and REQ are closed. It has no relation to Change tasks. If you want to build this relationship, you will need to implement your own logic.
