Attachment missing in a Scheduled report notification

Some Scheduled reports do not send attachment in the email notification. What could be the possible cause and fix for this failure?

Hi Ahmed,

check the attachment file size.

there is OOB restriction on file size while email is triggered.

The ServiceNow servers limit total encoded email size to 75 MB for inbound (POP3) and 25 MB for outbound (SMTP) emails. Emails beyond this size are rejected.

I checked the file size 512mb, it's not isssue ...what are the other cases to Attachment missing in a Scheduled report notification
