Attachment not visible on interaction form, when created from inbound action

Hello, your insights would be helpful in resolving an issue with interaction please
User case: Inbound action is creating record on interaction table. By default, incident gets created and linked to the interaction.
Issue: When an email is send with attachment, attachment is not visible on interaction form, but its there on incident(which is linked to that interaction). If an interaction is created directly through a form and a file is attached, then attachment is visible on interaction form.
Note: Email was attachment and was visible on sys_email.

Where did you open the interaction? On Agent Chat? or form view? or anywhere else

I opened it on form view.

Got the answer. There was an inbound action that was running which was by default creating an incident so the attachment got displayed on incident. After disabling it, it worked fine. Thanks !!
