Authentication Error - ServiceNow community

Hello All, 

I have transferred my ServiceNow account from company email account to Personal Email account.

Later, from Personal Email account to new Company account.

All my NowLearning courses and certifications were transferred successfully.

However, my ServiceNow Community profile broke in two cases.

I am getting the below error.image.png

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to assist with Community authentication issues, only ServiceNow University ones. Opening a case through ServiceNow University is probably the course of action here.

Hello @Jim Poisson ,
I have already created a CASE CS0599674 and they have raised an Incident INC1699605 which is for web_support team. 

But, there is no progress there. Can you point me to the right person in your team and/or increase the Priority of this Incident.

It's around a week with this issue.
