Auto Populating CAB Workbench Agenda

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to auto populate our CAB agenda with change records that have been for CAB approval.

Can someone please advise the steps to do this?

I know how to manually add Change records into the CAB agenda...

- Navigate to Change in your left menu pane,

- Select "All CAB Meetings" link

- Open the CAB meeting that you would like to add an agenda to

- On this page you can add meetings notes and other bits to your CAB meeting.

- To add an agenda - within the Agenda Items tab at the bottom, select new

- Here you can link the change records to the agenda on the CAB meeting

- Once linked - this will now be visible within the CAB Workbench.

But we ideally would like this to be automated - so that we don't miss any.

Please advise

Hi Tony!

I think that was it. We had interpreted 'repeat_until' to mean the end date that we wanted the meeting to stop being repeated. The release notes aren't very clear for this option.

I have some more testing to do but I believe that is the resolution to my agenda issues. When I use the Refresh Agenda Items url on the next meeting it is populating data based on my filter criteria now.

Thank you Tony for your tip!

Tony,

Question for you: Regarding the 'repeat_until' field, should we choose the date immediately after our next CAB Meeting?

By doing this, the meeting isn't populating out more than two times when I would like it to be recurring each week day.

Any additional insights?

Thank you in advance,
Eric

Hi Eric, I updated your post

as this question is specific to ToniOxley's requirement
and combining the 2 may result in unnecessary confusion (and spam email) for some users.
