Auto Population of change group form configuration item and service offering

Hi ,

i have a requirement , Auto Population of change group form configuration item and service offering .

I know there is OOB business rule Populate Assignment Group based on CI/SO which populates support group to assignment group.

I tried above requirement  and change group is getting populated for change request but i cannot find any BR or system property  OOB can you please help me OOB BR or property which is triggering that

I doubt there is any property, BR works on conditions

@Dr Atul G- LNG  i was able to figure it out in script If the record is a Change Request, it sets assignmentGroupFieldName to assignment_group. assignmentGroupFieldName is backend name of service offering change group.
