Hi all,

Bad Model Catagory name and improper device assignments to wrong Model Category in ServiceNow.

This is the problem i'm having and not able to understand from where i can change the model of the CI  in the table. 

For example- In application server there is same name CI available like application server but in my case there is a  HP Elitebook840 which should be hp elitebook840 but it's showing the windows server.

any solution for this requirement.

Hello @Devansh00 ,

Please try to navigate to the cmdb_ci.LIST and then try to find the CI for which you want to change the model.
