Hello All,
I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle modifications to planned start and end dates after a Change Request has been approved by the CAB and moved to Scheduled state. OOB the fields can be edited at any time but that seems to be too open and susceptible to abuse by users. I've considered locking the fields and asking users to either resubmit a new change or possibly reverting the current one to New state in order to reset the approvals. Are there any best practices that people have had success with? Thanks for any suggestions.
