Best way to create a Survey? Record producer or Survey Management

Hello All,

Currently I am trying to create a Technical Survey for multiple users to fill out. A few things I want to do with the survey

• Create detailed help text for question
• Create records for its own table
• Track Users progress on the Survey if they have taken or havent taken it.
• Send it out to multiple people at once.

I do not know of a way for Surveys to create help text and speific records

I do not know if record producers can track process and select multiple users for the survey.

I would try to leverage the existing Survey tool for the actual survey and answers, but you'll probably have to add a new table to keep track of who has been sent the survey and who has responded.
