When a user goes to the service catalog in portal, they initially see Popular Items.
How can this be changed so that the Can We Help You? category catalog items are displayed by default?

Hi Ramesh,
You can remove the "Popular Items" widget from your Catalog Categories page layout in the Page Designer. You'll likely need to make a copy of that same "SC Category Page" widget and adjust the default page from there. It appears the Widget itself defaults to popular items, then is updated based on the selection of a Category from the Categories list.
