Business Elapsed time showing "0"

Hello
I have a bug on my SLA reports created with Performance Analytics.
In my reports, the business elapsed time displays "0" in the list (screenshot 1). When I check the ticket, I can see that the SLA has been triggered and has calculated the business elapsed time(screenshot 2, 3, 4), but this value is not displayed on my report.
Do you have any idea of the source of this problem please?
