CAB Workbench Integration with MS Teams

Hi,

Has anyone implemented CAB Workbench integration with Microsoft Teams?

 

I’m trying to understand whether this is currently possible and whether any documentation, best practices, or examples exist for enabling CAB Workbench collaboration or meeting integration directly within Teams.

 

I’m aware this has been mentioned as a forward-looking enhancement in the CAB Workbench capabilities via Service Operations Workspace (SoW) starting from Yokohama Patch 9. However, I wanted to check if anyone has already tried integrating the classic CAB Workbench with MS Teams, achieved this through a customization where it’s not available OOB, or has any guidance on what is or isn’t supported today.

 

Any insights or references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

What is your use case for connecting CAB with Microsoft Teams? As of now, you can use CAB in SOW or the native view, but there is no out-of-the-box way to integrate CAB with MS Teams. If you can provide more details about your use case, I’d be happy to guide you.
