Calculate conflict detection based on Planned start date and Planned end date

Hi All,
We are considering using the Blackout Calendar for change freezes, but we would only need to check the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date.
Is this possible?

OOTB this property take 3 parameters and if you untick, it will not consider these 3 parameter for conflict.
